No one really plans to have a Rainy Weddings in Winnipeg but what can you do? Your wedding day has arrived and you can either focus on the moment when you and your fiancé’s eyes will meet at the end of the isle where you will become man & wife, or the fact that the weather isn’t ideal though it can literally put a damper on things. Dani & Patrick chose to let go of their plans to have an outdoor wedding at the Stonewall Quarry and not let the weather taint the memory of their epic day! Instead, they got married indoors where the emotions felt were still as perfect, potent, and touching as they could be! Such a lovely ceremony which had a knot tying element that symbolized the connections on different levels that these two committed to making that day 🙂
We were lucky enough to catch a little break in the down pour and ventured outside for some quick photos at the quarry. With the rain turning into a down pour, we headed back towards Winnipeg. Finally, we got ahead of the storm and were able to catch some photos with the girls on the side of the road on the way back. So glad we did! Check out some of photos we captured. Love them!
Like clockwork, the weather did a 180 and luckily for us, we could complete the rest of the photos to document this momentous day! It was awesome! We still had time to do some fab shots at 17 Wing CFB Winnipeg too and it was magical to say the least!!
