Sometimes Brock and I can still marvel at how wonderful it is to have this job! We can without a doubt say that we love what we do and know that it’s a gift to be able to do it day in and day out, while working with amazing people! Melanie & Brad are no exception 🙂 It was a chilly Fall day, when we met up at the Forks to take their engagement photos. No matter though, we weren’t about the let cold winds win or force us inside! Once we found our first spot, it was nothing but awesome sauce from there! Brad and Melanie were so sweet together and you could tell that their friendship was just a strong as they love between these too. A little corny to write but nonetheless true. So much fun to photograph this couple 🙂 Not only did they trust us to capture them and advise them on how to pose, but it was a “double’ly” special as they had been working so much in the past few weeks that they hadn’t had much downtime to chill and hang out by themselves. Seriously, it’s the number one reason we really believe in engagement photography. It’s one of the few times between work, friends, family, and planning a wedding where couples are reminded of how lucky they are to be able to marry the one they love!
